We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes. The app's code, design and name belong to Mech App Studio.
Not financial advice
WalletMatik is a record-keeping and tracking tool; it does not provide investment, tax or financial advice. Calculations (installments, statements, budgets) are based on the data you enter; rely on your bank's or an expert's figures for important decisions. Gold and currency prices come from a third-party source and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Your data is your responsibility
Data is stored only on your phone; making regular backups so it isn't lost is your responsibility. We are not liable for data loss caused by a lost phone, uninstalling the app or not making backups.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or decisions made based on information in the app. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy
How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country still apply.
