WalletMatik has no accounts and your data is never sent to any server; it is all stored only on your phone. So there is no account or cloud data for you to ask us to delete.
How to delete your data
- In the app: Settings → Delete all data. All transactions, accounts, budgets, savings and settings are permanently deleted from your phone.
- By uninstalling: uninstalling WalletMatik deletes all of the app's data.
- Backup and export files: the JSON/Excel/CSV files you created stay in the Downloads/WalletMatik folder (or the folder you chose); delete them with your file manager.
Data that reaches us
If you emailed us a support request and want that correspondence deleted, write to admin@mechappstudio.com; we delete it within 30 days.
